During the last episode of "Biography of Andiyar", we were treated to an amusing, and yet illuminating look at the life of a first year Uni student, who began with delusions of grandeur and ended on a note of pitiful pleading. With that in mind, I thought that something else might be in order. I was unable, however, to decide what, so I guess I'll just stick to the current facts. Well. For a given value of "facts." ^_^

Let's begin now.

Hi, I'm Andiyar, also known as Ben, Tarn, Tarnaelion, Andi, Asrael, and probably a few other things that I can't remember at the moment. I currently live out this existence on the east coast of Australia, and am what is best referred to, in terms of occupation as a UniBumĒ - being that I am an individual who goes to Uni, a great deal of the time, and will be doing so for the forseeable future.

In myself, I'm an avid amateur historian (ancient), a prolific reader and writer (of both fiction and poetry), an Internet junkie, an otaku, a geek, a biologist, and an interesting individual (by appointment). I'm currently taking a double degree at Uni, with the dual major of Creative Writing and Biology - BCA/BSc. for those who like pretty codes. This means that at the end, I'll be exceptionally qualified to write fictional pieces about the Attack of the Killer GM Corn - or pieces to that effect.

At home, I lounge, I watch anime & movies, I surf the net, I listen to music, and I read. At Uni, I study (when no other activity is available), I sleep in lectures, I eat food, and I head the Crossword Clan. So to speak.

I have this website for a few reasons. It gives me space to dump stuff on the net that I feel like sharing, it's a nice method of sharing files with people, I can basically cavort around in the Internet equivalent of nudity here if I so please, I can chat to people via the forums hosted here, and of course, the email is always cool.
